He got on his knees three times a day

3x/Day Worship Schedule (increasing to more frequent)

Each meeting is an hour or more of praise/prayer stewarded by worship leaders in multiple locations.  Just like Daniel we are bowing to give thanks to the Lord 3 times a day.  The meeting is not focused upon leading congregational singing but rather "vertical praise" unto the Lord.
