What Are Strategic Moments of Prayer?
Prayer can happen anywhere, anytime. But there is agreement when we pray together at certain times and places to pray for specific things. Jesus said when we agree on earth about what we ask, "it will be done for them by my Father in Heaven."
Strategic moments of prayer are intermittent strategic moments like city, state, and national prayer meetings. Over the last few years as Wichita has prayed together, new prayer meetings have sprouted up in cities and towns across Kansas. Like Wichita, each of these places see the the importance of agreement that comes in unified prayer when multiple churches meet together to pray in Jesus Name.
Strategic Moments are the catalyst to increasing prayer on a daily and weekly basis across Wichita and Kansas. Pray 6:33 is one such effort to increase prayer each day. Started in 2017 from the verse Matthew 6:33, the people of God collectively could pause what they are doing at 6:33 am or pm to pray for the revival of the church and the redemption of the city..
